Celebrating Loyalty: Eurac Poole's 33rd Annual 18-Year Service Dinner

On Friday, November 28th, Eurac Poole proudly hosted its 33rd annual dinner to honour employees who have reached an outstanding milestone: 18 years of dedicated service. This long-standing tradition, held once again at the Nici Hotel in Bournemouth, remains a highlight of the company calendar and reflects Eurac Poole’s continued commitment to recognising loyalty, professionalism and the strength of its workforce.

The event, first introduced in 1992, has grown into a cherished celebration that brings together colleagues past and present. It offers an opportunity to pause, reflect and appreciate the people whose commitment has shaped the company over the decades. For those reaching 18 years of service, the evening marks their induction into a select group and the start of an annual invitation to attend the dinner in recognition of their ongoing contribution.

As tradition dictates, the newest inductees were each presented with an engraved watch and warmly welcomed into the group by their peers. This year, we congratulated:

• Nathaniel Griffin

The evening was full of warm applause and shared memories, with a special moment coming from Nathaniel Griffin’s speech as he reflected on highlights and experiences from his 18 years with the company.

The dinner once again brought together employees who have retired and those still very much part of the business. The shared sense of pride, respect and camaraderie showcased what continues to define Eurac Poole’s culture. It is more than an awards evening. It is a reflection of the values that underpin the company: loyalty, gratitude and the belief that long service should be recognised in a meaningful way.
