I've always been interested in working in the automotive industry and I've always wanted to be an ecltrical engineer and this seemed the best way for me to do so.

I thought it was time I did something I could see myself doing for the rest of my life. I'd like to work my way up here and see where it takes me.

I chose to do an apprenticeship because it allowed me to be hands on, which is something that I really enjoy.

I chose to do an apprenticeship because I felt like it was the best avenue for me, I wanted to earn and learn at the same time and develop my skills.

I personally would recommend the management trainee programme to anyone who is self-sufficient and wants to build their own career. I've been given more freedom in this role than any other I've previously been in.

I would like to thank MAT for giving me this incredible opportunity - not only the valuable work experiecne but also the chance to travel the world.
