Melting Furnace

Coreless Induction

The melting process utilised by MAT Foundry is better known as coreless induction. This is proven to be 45% more efficient than the cupola method still favoured by countless foundries across the world.

Our approach involves less melting time, a precise control of power, cost-effective operating costs and, crucially, no smoke or noise pollution.

In embracing melting of this kind, we have underlined our commitment to work in a clean and sustainable fashion.

Combined the MAT Foundry Group now recycle 90% of all waste materials generated by our melting furnaces.
