Role: Electrical Maintenance Apprentice
Year of Apprenticeship: 2
Tim chose an apprenticeship because he felt that A-levels weren’t for him.
He was drawn to MAT Foundry Group because he was interested in the industry, he liked that he could earn as he learned and could see that there was opportunity to develop and progress.
After two years Tim feels he has grown as a person and matured, and looks forward to completing his BTEC and NVQ qualifications.
Tim wants to work towards a achieving a degree and eventually work towards the role of electrical maintenance superintendent.
In his spare time Tim enjoys watching crime dramas, cross country cycling, karate and video games.
