Packaging, warehousing and logistics can also be managed on behalf of our customers, allowing us to run a complete brake disc programme on their behalf.
The Eurac facility also serves as the headquarters for the entire MAT Foundry Group.

The MAT Foundry Group are now looking for Process Engineers to help deliver our business goals of the future.
This new position comes from the need to maintain, develop, and introduce improved manufacturing strategies to streamline the business's functionality, meet customer demands, work alongside recognised standards and practices, and introduce strict systematic processes to improve product quality and transition into an environmentally friendly business.
It consists of a 2-year placement, based in the UK, but involves international travel where required.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for continuous improvement and wants to fast track their career in a global business.
Responsibilities
- To conduct reviews on process effectiveness, recording measurements and data.
- Overseeing and assessing new and existing processes and workflows.
- Liaise with personnel at all levels to help reduce scrap, reduce manufacturing costs, and reduce non-value-added waste.
- Preparing process documentation and operating instructions
- To develop and expand on industry 4.0 technologies.
- To become a facilitator of process and operational improvements across the MAT Foundry Group.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- A background and/or qualifications in Quality, Manufacturing, foundry Process, or Metallurgy is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels in English (verbal and written)
- A second language would be advantageous, although not essential.
- Self-motivated with an ability to lead themselves, but also a strong team player.
- Confident decision maker with the ability to canvas a range of robust viewpoints and make critical decisions based on best available data.
- An ability to re-evaluate decisions as data emerges or evolves.
- Confidence to travel independently.
