PTR launced as a spin off of the powertrain division from the Weigl Group GmbH and named 'Prazisionstechnik Reichenback GmbH'.
2010
Taken over by Swetec Deutschland GmbH.
2013
Insolvency.
2015
Acquired by MAT and renamed 'Prazisionstechnik Resources Altenburg GmbH'.
2015
Reloacted to new company location in Altenburg (Thuringia/Germany).
